Ruth has been President of GSWS since 2008. She has studied at Pennsylvania University and Mercer Community College/Artworks  and has exhibited in many shows in the Princeton/Trenton area. She received a purchase award for a watercolor painting juried into the Mercer County artists 2006 show.
